In Store Policy:
Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. No Exceptions.
Returned Items will be issued for a store credit. We do not do refunds to cards or for cash.
All returns (in-store and online) must be *scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.*
We reserve the right to reguse a return at any time if the returned item is not in proper condition.
ONLINE/APP ORDER RETURNS:
1. Please contact us on our Instagram Account @nella_boutique or send us an email to email@example.com and state your reason for return.
2. Returns will be issued as a Nella Boutique Store Credit. We can add a credit to your Customer Account on the APP if you are out of town, or we can issue you an in-store gift card if you are local.
The customer will not be refunded shipping costs. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return a package to Nella Boutique.
A store credit/ gift card/ app credit will not be issued until Nella Boutique receives the return.
